Refund Policy

At GearApt™, we stand behind our products with a 30-Day Risk-Free Trial.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Be in good condition

  • Include original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Perishable goods

  • Hazardous materials or flammable products

  • Certain personal care items

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, color, or variation, we recommend requesting a return for the original item and placing a new order once your return has been approved.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within approximately 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
